The sire Olympic Concorde (pictured left) was an international show jumper with Dutch rider Jos Lansink. He won the Grand Prix of Nordrhein-Westfalia at Aken and was Champion of the Netherlands in 1994, 2nd in the Grand Prix of Amsterdam, 2nd in Darmstadt, Lanaken, Helsinki and Gotheburg. From 2001 through 2004, Concorde was the sire with the most offspring at the World Breeding Championships for Young Horses. In 2001, the "preferent" Concorde proved himself to be an absolute top sire of international sporthorses. His offspring Audi's Jikke, Kathja, Conquest II, Larino, Viktor and Isabella placed at the very top at Grand Prix level (1.60 m). One year, the top 8 horses at the Grand Prix of Rotterdam had 3 Concorde offspring among them. Concorde was the youngest stallion ever awarded the preferent status, due to the growing list of his get performing at the very top.

Concorde's sire Voltaire was somewhat of a legendary sire and only recently passed away. His impact as a jumper sire can be seen worldwide and the WBFSH rankings always mention several of his offspring. Voltaire also had his own FEI show jumper career and was successful at many Grand Prixs. Voltaire's sire was the century sire Furioso II, the foundation bloodline of strong dressage and show jumper lines (e.g. Florestan I and For Pleasure!). Voltaire's dam Gogo Möwe also produced the international performance horses Fandango R, PS Falkan and Petite Fleur. Her dam sire is the English Thoroughbred, More Magic xx, who was the sire of 1980 Moscow Olympic dressage gold medallist, Mon Cherie, while her sire is one of Hanover's most important and successful show jumper producers ever, Gotthard.

Concorde's dam Flyer was by the grey Trakehner stallion Marco Polo, who was a very successful jumper producer in the KWPN breed and whose grand son Milton was one of the most charismatic and successful international show jumpers the world has ever seen. The dam line of Marco Polo, Mira, also stands for the dressage stallions EH Michelangelo and EH Monteverdi TSF.

On the dam sire, Touraine carries outstanding Dutch and Holsteiner performance genes via Goodtimes and his ancestors Nimmerdor, Caletto I and Landgraf I. "Preferent" Nimmerdor was ridden at international level by Albert Voorn with great success in e.g. Berlin, Paris, Gothenburg, Dortmund and London. Nimmerdor was invited to go to the Los Angeles Olympics but due to stud duties was not sent. The stallion is on second position in the Dutch jumping index and breeds and is also rated very highly in the WBFSH ranking. Nimmerdor is also approved for Holstein. TO this day, over 30 sons have been approved worldwide and among his many internationally successful offspring are Up to Date, Optiebeurs Aldato, Zadok, Ahorn, San Patrigano Avenir, Den Haag, Canadian Colors.

Caletto I sired many approved stallion, among them Cabochon, Cabrol Amicor, Calero, Call Him Top, Calmero, Calvaro Z, Camaro, Cambridge, Cantus, Capito, Cartusch, Cassandro I + II, and Concetto Famos. He had a very successful career as a show jumper himself. And one can never value the importance of a good dam too much: Caletto's dam Deka by the influential Cottage Son xx - son Consul produced 11 foals for her breeder, all but one of her sons were approved stallions, and every single foal later competed at S level in show jumping! Of the three Caletto brothers, it was especially the second, Caletto II, that was of exceptional quality as a sire. Champion of his approvals and termed "perfect Holsteiner type", he sadly died very young. However, he sired the international jumper superstars Operette La Silla and Jewel's Classic Touch as well as Caretino, who was approved and had a great career with Ludger Beerbaum of Germany. His son, Caretano Z, was a leading jumper and is known as a top producer, but also died at a rather young age.
